Born and raised in Wisconsin, Valencia completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at UW-Milwaukee in 2008. Valencia has spent the majority of her Career in Healthcare Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Over the last 10 years, Valencia has worked in a variety of settings, from larger corporate entities to non-profit organizations. With a commitment to growing business needs and being a true people champion, Valencia’s passion is to add value to the overall mission of Ten Figures and act as an advocate for the underprivileged.
