Justin Bayless took over his father’s modest psychology practice in 2008 after working as an investment banker on Wall Street. From 2008 to 2020, Bayless scaled the family’s Phoenix-based health care business, Bayless Integrated Healthcare, from one location to nine clinics, and to over 600 employees.
